Victoria is the Founder and Lead Consultant of D&V Consulting Services. With experience in grant writing, program development, and nonprofit operations, she helps community-based organizations strengthen their programs, prepare for funding opportunities, and build systems that support long-term growth.

Victoria holds a Master of Public Administration with a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. Her work includes grant readiness, funding strategy, program development, curriculum creation, outcome tracking, and workshops designed to help organizations clearly communicate their impact.
